<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Global Head of Sales with assigned sales and business development tasks.</li><li>Manage customer orders, liaising with logistics to ensure timely delivery per company policies.</li><li>Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, recording action items, and compiling relevant materials.</li><li>Independently draft correspondence, confidential communications, presentations, and policy documents.</li><li>Gather and analyze customer data monthly, ensuring accuracy in customer profiles and account balances.</li><li>Collate sales data and price surveys, generating periodic reports for management review.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>A first degree or equivalent in Chemistry</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in customer service and relationship management</li><li>Presentation and data analysis skills</li><li>Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li></ul>
