<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><ul><li>The role holder contributes to the organization&rsquo;s financial stability and risk management strategies by conducting credit analysis and generating detailed reports on the credit portfolio across all locations.</li><li>By providing essential insights to management and stakeholders, the role holder supports informed decision making and effective collection efforts</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive the development of a data driven culture within the Customer Finance and commercial teams in conjunction with the Data manager.</li><li>Provide analysis on FMP and responsible for Reducing the percentage of customers missing their first payment on monthly basis.</li><li>Perform exploratory data analysis EDA to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li><li>Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Track and report CFRs and Zonal CFR Team Leads performance and provide insight on current performance and provide solutions to improve performance e.g. Village Camping activities, Customer promotions</li></ul><p><strong>Deliverables and Activities</strong><br /><strong>Data Analysis and Visualization</strong></p><ul><li>Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs.</li><li>Perform exploratory data analysis EDA to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li><li>Assist in the creation of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams through automation to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and quality checks.</li><li>Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis for team members and management.</li></ul><p><strong>Data Support and Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Data support for Sales and Commercial Team to drive credit</li><li>Provide credit analysis on credit KPIs to regional business managers, commercial team and customer finance team</li><li>Support Customer finance and Operation Manager in planning, target setting and documentation, in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Work closely with the Customer experience team to ensure credit activities and strategies are implemented</li><li>Resolution of complaints and issues from the CFRs on the field</li></ul><p><strong>Training</strong></p><ul><li>Onboard new members of staff by providing them with the requisite preparation and teaching upon their appointments.</li><li>Conduct regular training for Customer Finance Representatives, Customer Experience Team, on usage of Apps.</li><li>Develop Credit training materials for all stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholders Management</strong></p><ul><li>Engage the Commercial Team Management on the reports and credit performance of Team Leads and agents on the field.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing department on credit marketing activities.</li><li>Engage the Head of Customer Finance and stakeholders within the Customer Finance Team on the performance and working ability of the CFRs and ways to improve on them.</li><li>Manage different stakeholders&#39; expectations on usage of newly developed Apps.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.</li><li>Basic Knowledge of data visualization tools e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio</li><li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft packages</li><li>Great Analytical skills</li><li>Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines</li><li>Strong Leadership and People Development Skills</li><li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously</li><li>Communication / Presentation Skills</li><li>Conflict Management / Composure</li><li>Strong Planning &amp; Organizational Skills</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>1year experience in Data Analysis</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Higher National diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution</li></ul>
