Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and innovative Business Developer to join our care support agency in Ibadan and Ilorin branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the growth of our services in the local market.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Awareness: Create and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the branch in Ibadan.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and services.Training & Development: Quickly learn new processes and effectively train staff to maintain high standards of service delivery.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthrelated field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Passion for sales and customer service.Proximity to location is importantDesired Skills:Fast learner with the ability to teach and train others.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Excellent presentation skills.Knowledge of the healthcare industry, is a plus.
