Job Objective: The client is seeking for a highly organized and personable Trainers/Facilitators to join their team. The ideal candidates will design and deliver high-quality training programs, facilitating learning and capacity building for stakeholders, partners, and community members, aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and evaluation tools.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Foster collaborative learning environments.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in a Management Science, Education, Organizational Psychology or in any related field.
- 7+ years Cognate experience as a Leadership trainer/facilitator is desired.
- Relevant certification in Leadership training and development programs.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS).
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training principles ▪ Strong leadership skill.
- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate people.
- Strong understanding of training processes, benefits, and more.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel extensively.
