<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team.</li><li>In this role, you will oversee the efficient and timely movement of goods, and manage logistics operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse activities, and inventory control.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during transportation and delivery processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers.</li><li>Identify and resolve any operational challenges or delays to minimize disruptions.</li><li>Prepare and analyze logistics reports to optimize processes and reduce costs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or HND in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.</li><li>Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems e.g., SAP, Oracle</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</li></ul>
