<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>This position involves ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, monitoring production lines, and maintaining a high standard of quality in the production of precision cylinders.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and maintain CNC machines, lathes, and other equipment used in the manufacturing of cylinders.</li><li>Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and within specifications.</li><li>Conduct routine checks, troubleshoot, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Record production data, machine logs, and any maintenance performed on machinery.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and assist in machine repairs when needed.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to avoid production delays.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision cylinder or metalworking industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.</li><li>Proficiency with CNC programming and setting up machines.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Familiarity with safety protocols and proper machine handling.</li><li>Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends if necessary.</li><li>Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.</li></ul>
