Job DescriptionWe are looking for a young and experienced Sales professional who will engage and assist walk-in customers with product knowledge to optimize sales opportunities as well as manage financial transactions.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and guide walk-in customers.Provide accurate information (e.g., product features and pricing).Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effortEnsure racks are fully stocked.Meet and/or exceed quotasMaintain a well-developed pipeline of prospectsInform customers about discounts and special offers.Provide customer feedback to the Store Supervisor.Stay up to date with new products/services.RequirementsCandidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.Proximity to Galaxy Mall, Ahmadu Bello way is key.Must be a team team player, possessing strong communication skills and great attention to detailsThe ideal candidate must also be detailed oriented.Female applicants for gender balance.
