Job Summary: As an FTTH Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks. This role involves site surveys, installation supervision, and troubleshooting.Responsibilities:Conduct site surveys to identify optimal fiber routes and installation methods.Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and maintenance.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.Prepare and submit detailed reports on site surveys, installations, and maintenance.Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and customers.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.Strong understanding of fiber optic principles, networks, and transmission technologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Willingness to work outdoors and travel to sites.
