Full Job Description

As the SEO & Marketing Copywriter, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, SEO-driven copy across a variety of digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop content that aligns with business goals, improves search rankings, and converts leads. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Writing & Optimization:
  • Write, edit, and optimize content for the company’s website, blog, product pages, and landing pages, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and integrate them seamlessly into copy.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to develop content strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website content performance, making recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
  • Marketing Copywriting:
  • Create persuasive and engaging copy for digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, social media, and newsletters.
  • Craft clear, compelling product descriptions, landing pages, and call-to-action messaging that drives conversions.
  • Develop creative content for promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and sales copy.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure written content aligns with visual assets and enhances user experience.
  • Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of the content calendar, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content that supports product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, SEO algorithm updates, and competitor content strategies to ensure our content remains competitive and relevant.
  • Proofreading & Editing:
  • Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency, ensuring a polished final product.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on SEO and digital marketing content.
  • Proven track record of writing content that ranks well in search engines and drives organic traffic.
  • Experience writing across multiple formats, including long-form blog posts, web copy, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to write in a variety of tones and styles, adapting to different audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
