<p>We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to join our team across multiple locations in Nigeria. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products specifically designed for Paramilitary staff</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and approach potential customers within the Paramilitary community to offer our loan products.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with Paramilitary staff, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective relationship management.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team lead to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirement</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.</li><li>Familiarity with the Paramilitary community and their financial needs is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong drive for results and passion for exceeding targets.</li><li>Willingness to travel within assigned locations as needed.</li><li>Candidates fluent in the local languages of the respective regions will be preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Person Specification</strong></p><ul><li>Results-orientated and pragmatic with exceptional quantitative and analytical ability and attention to detail</li><li>Driven, independent thinker and leader who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously with fast-changing priorities</li><li>High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.</li><li>A focus on execution.
