This role involves communication with clients, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments in compliance with company policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />Billing Management:</p><ul><li>Prepare, issue, and distribute invoices to clients accurately and on time.</li><li>Verify billing information and ensure compliance with agreements or contracts.</li><li>Maintain records of invoices, payments, and transactions.</li></ul><p>Collection Activities:</p><ul><li>Follow up with clients on overdue payments via email, phone, or other communication channels.</li><li>Negotiate payment plans or resolve disputes in a professional manner.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable to identify late payments and take appropriate action.</li></ul><p>Reporting:</p><ul><li>Generate reports on billing status, collections performance, and outstanding debts.</li><li>Provide regular updates to management on key metrics such as DSO Days Sales Outstanding.</li></ul><p>Customer Relations:</p><ul><li>Address client inquiries or concerns regarding billing promptly.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments.</li></ul><p>Compliance and Audits:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and financial regulations.</li><li>Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br />Experience:</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable roles.</li></ul><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite especially Excel.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li></ul>
