In this role you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and verifying public records-including criminal, civil, and motor vehicle records-used in comprehensive background screenings. You will work with a variety of databases, court systems, and official sources to ensure timely and accurate reporting, all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality. What You'll Do:
- Conduct non-public record research and enter data into systems.
- Review and verify order results for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage records using a first-in, first-out approach to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and process incoming data from multiple digital sources.
- Recommend and support process and documentation improvements.
Who You Are:

What You'll Need:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in research, data entry, or records management.
- Knowledge of FCRA or background screening a plus.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
