Full Job Description
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with program managers to develop program plans and documentation.</li><li>Support project officers to ensure adequate research, data collection, data analysis, proposal writing, and collection of program information from surveys/questionaries.</li><li>Implement, post-implement activities and report writing.</li><li>Engage in community cluster activities when required to ensure adequate communication, seamless project implementation, and impact assessments.</li><li>Work with the project team to meet the company’s broad objectives.</li><li>Engage both internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustained information transfer, research, reporting, and learning pointers.</li><li>Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.</li><li>Carry out any other duties as assigned by the program lead.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>First degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, International Development, Statistics, or in any relevant field.</li><li>1+ years of experience as a program officer preferably in a non-governmental organization.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and innovative mindset.</li><li>Good command of social media dynamics.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Strong team spirit, culturally and politically diverse.</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Innovative mindset, strong team spirit.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to learn fast.</li><li>A good command of English and any of the 3 major Nigerian local Languages is required Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo.</li></ul>
