Duties
- Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform data collection tasks to gather necessary information from various sources.
- Utilize software applications such as Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis.
- Assist in order entry processes by inputting customer orders and tracking their status.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring that all documentation is easily accessible.
- Support clerical and administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
