Full Job Description
<ul><li>Manage quality assurance processes across all development, renovation, and maintenance projects within assigned coverage areas. </li><li>Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction work aligns with approved designs, regulatory codes, and brand standards. </li><li>Develop and maintain project-specific quality checklists, procedures, and documentation for all phases of construction and facility upgrades. </li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits during and after construction to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions. </li><li>Provides quarterly quality assurance training for Area General Services Managers and Lagos General Services Managers. </li><li>Liaise with the Team Lead Design to ensure clarity and alignment on approved design intent. And collaborate with Head Real Estate Services to approve all materials to be used on a project. </li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers, Area General Services Managers, Lagos General Services Managers, Engineers, and contractors to address and resolve quality-related issues at all stages of work. </li><li>Formulates timely progress reports and documentation to track progress of all ongoing projects. </li><li>Review as-built documentation submitted by AGSMs/LGSMs to verify accuracy against actual site conditions. </li><li>Monitor compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment HSE standards and reject substandard works across all job sites</li><li>Track and report on quality performance indicators and issue resolutions to Head-RES, Head Engineering and Area General Services Coordinator. </li><li>Participate in pre-handover inspections, snagging, and final acceptance processes to ensure quality delivery by signing off on Job Completion Certificate JCC of all projects-Engineering & Civil works. </li><li>Prepares monthly technical report on branch visitation and materials peculiar to specific terrain for renovation works. </li><li>Prepares technical report on FirstBank subsidiaries in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. </li><li>Works closely with the Design team to ensure space allocation and seat arrangements are optimize to the satisfaction of customers and staff bankwide.</li></ul><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Education: B.Sc. Architecture. Additional qualification such as M.Sc. Architecture, Certificate in Project Management or Facilities Management is an added advantage. </li><li>Professional Certifications: MNIA, ARCON</li><li>Minimum experience: 10 years’ relevant experience is required. </li></ul>
