Full Job Description
Our company is looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team.Responsibilities:Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner;Other duties as assigned;Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams;Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees;Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket;Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers;Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold;Process customer payment transactions;Greet and receive prospects and customers;Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments;Work cooperatively with the sales, service, and parts team;Answer all phone calls promptly and route calls to appropriate parties. Messages will be taken when necessary;Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner;Process all financial transactions (cash, checks, or credit) and issue appropriate receipts;Attend all department and staff meetings.Requirements:Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment;Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects;Long term job security;Paid time off and vacation;Ability to communicate customers’ interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel;Professional business appearance and demeanor;Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel);Outgoing and positive demeanor;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;Discounts on products and services;Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus;Available to work flexible hours;Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, a plus;Customer Service Oriented;Work-life balance.
