<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and coordinate all installations telecommunications, heat, electricity etc. and refurbishments</li><li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet&nbsp;health and safety standards</li><li>Inspect&nbsp;buildings&rsquo; structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations</li><li>Review utilities consumption and strive to&nbsp;minimize costs</li><li>Supervise all staff facilities staff custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc. and&nbsp;external contractors</li><li>Control activities like CCTV, waste disposal, building&nbsp;security etc.</li><li>Utilizes&nbsp;One drive&nbsp;and maintenance databases for tracking work requests, labor, materials and preventive maintenance schedules</li><li>Allocate office space according to needs</li><li>Handle insurance plans and service contracts</li><li>Monitor vehicle performance</li><li>Coordinate repairs and maintenance</li><li>Managing driver&nbsp;schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.</li><li>Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance</li><li>Dealing with emergencies as they arise</li><li>Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations</li><li>Plan by forecasting the facility&rsquo;s upcoming needs and requirements</li><li>Helping with office relocations</li><li>Drafting maintenance reports</li></ul>
