Part-Time Data Entry & Research Assistant (Remote | Contract)

What You'll Do:
Input business contact information into Salesforce, collected by the sales team during property walk-throughs
Look up and verify company websites and phone numbers for prospective tenants or businesses
Ensure all information is accurate, organized, and up-to-date
Assist in light online research as needed to support lead generation
Maintain clear communication with the sales team for ongoing updates
Who You Are:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Experienced with data entry and using tools like Salesforce (or quick to learn)
Able to do light online research with accuracy
A self-starter who can manage flexible hours and weekly tasks
