<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team at our Abuja office.</li><li>The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, close deals, and contribute to the company&#39;s overall growth. This is a full-time, onsite position.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.</li><li>Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams e.g., operations to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.</li><li>Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record of success in business development or sales 2 years of experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Knowledge of Nigeria&#39;s business services and solutions industry, particularly within the context of technology integration and project management, is a plus.</li></ul>
