Key Responsibilities:Field Marketing and OutreachActively visit schools to introduce and present the SchoolLedger software.Develop relationships with key decision-makers in schools to facilitate software adoption.Sales and Follow-UpConduct product pitches and demonstrations to school staff, addressing specific needs.Follow up on potential leads, ensuring that schools have a clear understanding of the software\'s benefits and functionalities.Client Onboarding and TrainingProvide comprehensive training sessions for school staff to ensure efficient use of the software.Offer continued support during the initial phase of implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.Reporting and Performance TrackingDocument all client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.Submit weekly reports on sales progress and challenges faced in the field.Qualifications:Previous experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.Familiarity with software products and the education sector is a plus.
