Job Position: Customer Service / Sales Officer
Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Hours: 8am - 5pm
About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Customer Service/Sales Officer to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
