<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><ul><li>The Creche Staff will provide safe, stimulating, and nurturing care for children in the creche area.</li><li>The staff member will supervise and engage with the children, provide snacks and meals, and ensure that the environment is clean and tidy.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including play, storytime, and music</li><li>Prepare and serve snacks and meals, following dietary restrictions and guidelines</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized creche area, ensuring that toys and equipment are cleaned and disinfected regularly</li><li>Monitor children&#39;s developmental progress and report any concerns to the supervisor</li><li>Work collaboratively with other creche staff members and communicate effectively with parents and guardians</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus</li><li>Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues</li><li>Understanding of child development and best practices for infant and toddler care</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>
