<p>The Data Analyst/ESG Officer at ReelFruit will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and reporting data from various stages of the Sourcing &amp; Value Chain Development Operations. The role involves collecting, cleaning, visualizing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that improve raw material sourcing, support supplier development initiatives and enhance sustainability from an ESG approach. The goal is to generate accurate and comprehensive analysis to guide project implementations.</p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Data Collection and Management:</p><ul><li>Create standard data collection templates for supplier/material sourcing, supplier appraisals, project activities/trends, &amp; ESG metrics and distribute to all stakeholders</li><li>Monitor database to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.</li></ul><p>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</p><ul><li>Use statistical tools and software to analyse data from various sources to interpret information that provides actionable insights, identify gaps &amp; trends to optimize sourcing strategies.</li><li>Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.</li><li>Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.</li><li>Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.</li></ul><p>Performance Monitoring:</p><ul><li>Maintain records of supplier agreements and performance metrics.</li><li>Track and report on key performance indicators KPIs for both Sourcing Projects &amp; ESG Metrics</li><li>Monitor the effectiveness of Sourcing Interventions &amp; Sustainability initiatives</li></ul><p>Support for ESG Initiatives</p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize ESG-related data and metrics.</li><li>Research and stay updated on ESG trends, best practices, and emerging regulations.</li><li>Support the development of ESG-related projects, strategies, and documentation across functional teams</li><li>Evaluate the impact of sustainability initiatives on overall company performance and generate reports as required by stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Educational Qualifications, Experience &amp; Requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Environmental Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Data Analytics: Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, etc., Google sheets with strong data analysis and visualization skills.</li><li>Communication &amp; Report Writing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
