ResponsibilitiesYour Job Responsibilities would include:Assist in responding to message on Social media platforms: Instagram and whatsappHelp customers resolve issues they are havingConfirm customer payments and orders and send order to kitchenGive enough information to customers about wherelse.ng to persuade customer to buyCross-sell available meals to customersLiase with Kitchen to know what meals are available at all times.Follow up with logistics to confirm if meals have been delivered to the customer.Give customer feedback on customer's order status.RequirementsThe appropriate candidate:Should have at least one (1) year experience in any food related company.Should possess excellent reading, writing and comminucation skillsShould possess empathy,patience.Should be attentive to details.Should be living close to Apara link road, Mgbuoba, PortharcourtShould be ready to take up bigger roles in future.Should be ready to start work immediately.Salary and BenefitsN60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.After the first 3 months, entitled to Incentives
