<p><strong>Description</strong></p><ul><li>The candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.</li><li>He/she will assist with a wide range of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and supporting other team members with various office functions.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and management, including handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors.</li><li>Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and prepared. Manage meeting logistics.</li><li>Prepare,editand proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems [both digital and physicalfor easyaccess to important documents.</li><li>Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and operational. Track inventory and restock items as needed.</li><li>Greet and assist visitors. Handle front-desk responsibilities such as answering calls, taking messages, and receiving packages.</li><li>Update and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets. Assist with the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required.</li><li>Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</li><li>Draft and send routine correspondence letters, emails, memos, ensuring clear and professional communication.</li><li>Provide support for various departments.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills / Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of HND.</li><li>Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and basic office equipment printers, copiers, etc..</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.</li><li>A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support others in the team.</li></ul>
