Job DescriptionOversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with product production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution.Ensure compliance with site standard Policies / Procedures are implemented and followed as per policy/procedures.Ensure that cGMP, Quality, Health and Safety processes are adhered to in all aspects of the roleEnsure the cost of Production does not exceedthe budget, identify the proper root cause if exits, and control same, Routine review is put in place to review and control the cost of production.Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and product improvement.Developa strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; and recommending objectives.·Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodiesMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job RequirementsMinimum 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industries.Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial level.Prior experience in senior management positions (GM, CEO, CCO etc...) would be an added advantageExcellent command of English.
