<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Managing all marketing activities for the company.</li><li>Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.</li><li>Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.</li><li>Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door and other channels</li><li>Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution</li><li>Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis</li><li>Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups</li><li>Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors</li><li>Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.</li><li>Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.</li><li>Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies</li><li>Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals</li><li>Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.</li><li>Create a wide range of different marketing materials.</li><li>Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.</li><li>Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.</li><li>Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Marketing or related field.</li><li>Relevant postgraduate degree MBA, MSC is mandatory.</li><li>Relevant Professional certification is a plus.</li></ul><p>Experience Required:</p><ul><li>Minimum of Eight 8 years’ experience in the marketing industry or a similar position.</li><li>Strong analytical and project management skills.</li><li>Confident and dynamic personality.</li><li>Strong creative outlook.</li><li>Competency and Skills Requirements</li><li>Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn</li><li>Fluent spoken and written English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.</li><li>High integrity</li><li>Good IT skills including excel, word, and powerpoint.</li><li>Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.</li><li>Self-driven and self-motivated.</li><li>Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics</li><li>Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.</li></ul>
