The program will cover essential sales fundamentals, including product knowledge, prospecting techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management CRM</li><li>Book quality assets and ensure effective portfolio monitoring for early detection of defaults.</li><li>Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.</li><li>Win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships.</li><li>Market the organization&#39;s products to meet customer needs.</li><li>Initiate development of products required to meet customer needs.</li><li>Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.</li><li>Ensure zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by the Business Manager</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Maximum of 26 years by 30 December 2024.</li><li>A good first degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division in any discipline.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>High ethical standards and integrity.</li></ul>
