<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>As a Quality Control Officer Microbiologist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our sesame products.</li><li>You will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.</li><li>Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate processing conditions to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for management.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.</li><li>Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in food safety.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Microbiology is a must</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in food processing or a related industry.</li><li>Knowledge of sesame is a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and food safety regulations e.g., HACCP, ISO.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul>
