Job DescriptionVerifying employment details of prospective candidates, including education, residential address and criminal records, for clients and their organisationsCoordinating with the Human Resource team and Line managers for employment & reference verificationSolving specific client queries pertaining to background verification as and when requestedCommunicating with Vendors for the various reportsInvestigating case-on-case basis to provide feedback to clients as per the requestsReaching out to the clients and providing them with the required informationCoordinating with the client for specific requirements through written or verbal communicationFlagging the candidate reports as per the norms of the organisationInforming the stakeholders in case of a red flag in the verification of a candidateMaintaining track of cases for future reference of clientsCollecting information and generating reports according to client specifications within the required time frame.Qualification3 - 5 years work experience.
