<p>Job Code: ITL-FOE-001</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />Customer Service 20% of Total Workload:</p><ul><li>Greet and welcome customers with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products, services, and pricing.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Recommend tyres, batteries, lubricants, or other products based on customer needs.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their requirements.</li></ul><p>OTC Sales Over-the-Counter, 25% of Total Workload:</p><ul><li>Conduct over-the-counter sales for walk-in customers tyres, batteries, lubricants, and other automotive products.</li><li>Handle cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate transactions.</li><li>Provide product details, upsell additional products e.g., tyre detailing products, lubricants.</li></ul><p>Data Entry & Documentation 20% of Total Workload:</p><ul><li>Maintain accurate customer records, warranty registrations, and transaction details in the CRM system.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.</li><li>Process and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of sales and inventory.</li></ul><p>Administrative Support 10% of Total Workload:</p><ul><li>Manage front desk operations: answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.</li><li>Process customer payments, record transactions, and ensure accuracy in documentation.</li><li>Assist with customer appointments for services installation, maintenance, etc..</li></ul><p>Sales & Inventory Support 20% of Total Workload:</p><ul><li>Assist in managing inventory levels for tyres, batteries, and other products.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and inform customers about product availability.</li><li>Ensure promotional materials and product displays are up to date.</li></ul><p>General Store Operations 5% of Total Workload:</p><ul><li>Keep the front office area neat, clean, and organized.</li><li>Assist the store manager with general administrative and operational tasks.</li><li>Ensure the display of signage, price lists, and promotional materials is accurate.</li></ul><p>Team Collaboration 5% of Total Workload:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for store improvement.</li><li>Support in achieving store sales targets and goals.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong><br />Education:</p><ul><li>Minimum: Ordinary National Diploma OND, National Diploma, or equivalent from a recognized polytechnic or institution.</li><li>Preferred: Higher National Diploma HND or equivalent, or Bachelor's Degree.</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, OTC sales, or front office roles preferably in retail or automotive sectors.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with retail management software is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage cash and payments accurately.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive products such as tyres, batteries, and lubricants is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul><p>Personal Attributes:</p><ul><li>Customer-focused with a proactive approach.</li><li>Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong><br />Customer Focus:</p><ul><li>Proactive attitude toward customer service.</li></ul><p>Communication:</p><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p>Organizational Skills:</p><ul><li>Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul><p>Teamwork:</p><ul><li>Positive attitude and collaboration with the team.</li></ul><p>Adaptability:</p><ul><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong><br />Working Hours:</p><ul><li>Full-time; includes weekends and holidays as per retail schedule</li></ul><p>Salary & Benefits:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary with a benefits package</li></ul><p>Growth Opportunity:</p><ul><li>Opportunities for career advancement within the company</li></ul>
