<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.</li><li>Drive and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to grow revenue.</li><li>Own and hit/exceed sales targets.</li><li>Establishand maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments, including technical, financial, and administrative functions.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee budget preparation and cost control to ensure profitability.</li></ul><p><strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership and Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.</li><li>Implementinitiatives for staff development and retention.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BSc/HND;&nbsp;A Master&rsquo;s degree is preferred.</li><li>Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria ACIIN or Chartered Insurance Institute, UK;</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role;</li><li>Strong and proven&nbsp;track record of driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives;</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills;</li><li>Proven&nbsp;ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations.</li></ul>
