<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect, adjust and monitor oil mill equipment</li><li>Ensure mill is operating in accordance with safety regulations</li><li>Monitor oil mill performance in order to identify problems</li><li>Monitor and adjust production flow as needed</li><li>Track, record and report data on mill performance and equipment maintenance issues</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and take corrective actions, where necessary</li><li>Perform regular quality checks to ensure product is of a consistent quality</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory of oil mill raw materials, supplies, and equipment</li><li>Complete duties in accordance with shift schedule, company policies and guidelines.</li><li>Generally work to ensure theefficiency and effectiveness of the Oil Millensuringquality product output at manageable costin line with company&#39;s operative goals.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on work experience obtained from an Oil Mill</li><li>OND/HND/B.Sc</li></ul><p>Skill Set:</p><ul><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Oil Plant Operations skills</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Managerial skills</li><li>Initiative</li></ul><p>Other Conditions:</p><ul><li>Candidate must possess the required qualifications and experience for the job role.</li><li>Applicant must be very hardworking, with high level of integrity.</li><li>Resumption is within two weeks if successful.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Highly competitive</li><li>Accommodation is available at the Elele plant.</li></ul>
