<p>We are seeking an organized and attentive <strong>Online Moderator</strong> to manage and facilitate live sessions on our Social media channels. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth interactions, monitoring chat activity, addressing questions, and maintaining a positive and respectful environment during live events.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Monitor live chat during sessions and respond to audience questions or comments.</li><li>Enforce community guidelines and address inappropriate behavior.</li><li>Assist with technical issues or troubleshoot participant concerns.</li><li>Relay important questions or comments to the session host.</li><li>Keep engaement active and interactive and ensure the session stays on schedule.</li><li>Provide post-session feedback to the host or team if needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.</li><li>Familiarity with live streaming platforms Instagram Live, Tiktok, and Facebook etc..</li><li>Experience moderating online events or managing virtual communities is a plus.</li><li>Ability to stay calm and handle unexpected situations in real-time.</li><li>Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.</li><li>Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.</li><li>Fluent in English smoothly, clearly and communicate effectively</li></ul>
