Full Job Description

Job Summary: Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a seasoned Head of HR to provide strategic leadership and drive human resources initiatives that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership

· Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

· Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

· Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.

  • Talent Acquisition & Retention

· Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

· Design and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.

· Develop succession planning frameworks.

  • Performance Management

· Establish performance management systems and processes.

· Ensure timely reviews and performance improvement plans.

· Drive a culture of accountability and high performance.

  • Learning & Development

· Identify training needs and implement effective L&D programs.

· Build leadership development pipelines.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement

· Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

· Handle grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.

· Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

  • Compliance & Policy Management

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

· Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  • Compensation & Benefits

· Oversee salary structures, benefits, and rewards systems.

· Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.

  • HR Analytics

· Use data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

· Report key HR metrics to management.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
