<p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><ul><li>Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably</li><li>Coordinate the transportation and haulage of LPG from depot/port to org storage facility or customer/client’s destinations</li><li>Day to day operational management, repairs and maintenance of trucks.</li><li>Oversee scheduling and the delivery of LPG</li><li>Ensure compliance with transport regulations E.g. DPR etc.</li><li>Develop guiding policies including safety standards.</li><li>Adhere to established policies and procedures, continuous improvement, implement standard operating procedures to guide the use of company’s trucks.</li><li>Maintain records of company trucks including usage, deployment, repairs and maintenance.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance and servicing are delivered, maintained and operational readiness.</li><li>Supervise truck drivers coordinates to ensure on time delivery of client LPG and escalate any form of delay in delivery to the Logistics Head for possible prompt resolution• Monitor performance, and prepare ad-hoc & and routine reports for management. </li><li>Inspect trucks periodically to ensure good condition for transportation• Responsible for conducting analysis and creating reports of weekly and monthly KPIs</li><li>Provide daily report from haulage activities.• Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Line Managers and Management.</li><li>Clearly communicate to senior management both internal and external vendors and customers.</li><li>Manage supply route activities. </li></ul><p><strong>Job Skills and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or HND in respective areas of study.2-5 years’ experience in downstream oil and gas sector preferably in logistics, supply chain management or transportation of petroleum products.1-3 years’ experience as a logistics and depot supervisor, coordinator, team lead or any similar role.Extensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain management in downstream oil and gas.Willingness to travel.</li><li>Effective planning and organizational skills.Ability to manage and motivate employees.Ability to prioritize and multi-task.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Complete understanding of the company’s products and services.Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of latest industry developments.Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction.Ability to work in stressful situations.Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.</li><li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.Project management skills and a team player.</li><li>Good time-management skills and excellent leadership skills.Great interpersonal skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li></ul><p>N.B.
