<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum University Degree An MBA will be an advantage </li><li>At least 5 years of experience in field and institutional sales preferably in the mobile and electronics industry </li><li>Must be proactive, responsible, have the ability to work independently and with a team </li><li>Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills </li><li>Conversant with all MS Office Applications, e-mails and social media</li></ul><p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><ul><li>Produce business plans and market segmentation </li><li>Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities in varying business sectors </li><li>Evaluate general customer needs via segments Develop robust B2B, B2C and Wholesale sales strategy and tactics for effective penetration and sales conversion </li><li>Customer, OEM, Supplier and distributor relationship management </li><li>Competitive landscape analysis: primary and secondary competitors </li><li>Price monitoring and adjustments </li><li>Actively seek out new and existing sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking and social media </li><li>Ensure identified leads/ prospects are properly tracked </li><li>Create effective channels of communication that facilitate sales conversion </li><li>Produce weekly and monthly reports</li><li> Design proposals, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to prospective clients where required </li><li>Ensure all demo and proof of concept materials requested by customers are made available in a timely fashion </li><li>Remuneration: Attractive salary package Robust bonuses and commissions HMO Pension</li></ul>
