<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><ul><li>We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Executive Career Coach/Job Placement to support students, graduates, and job seekers in securing meaningful employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with employers, provide career counseling, and guide candidates through job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation.</li></ul><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry professionals to create job and internship opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with businesses to understand their hiring needs and align candidates accordingly.</li><li>Assist job seekers in identifying career paths, setting job search goals, and building professional profiles e.g., LinkedIn, resumes, cover letters.</li><li>Provide interview preparation, mock interviews, and job application assistance.</li><li>Conduct career development workshops, webinars, and one-on-one counseling sessions.</li></ul><p>Placement & Job Matching:</p><ul><li>Match candidates with suitable job openings based on their skills, experience, and career goals.</li><li>Track employment progress and follow up with placed candidates to ensure job satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Networking & Industry Trends:</li><li>Stay updated on labor market trends, job openings, and industry requirements.</li><li>Organize job fairs, networking events, and employer meetups to enhance placement opportunities.</li></ul><p>Data & Reporting:</p><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of job placements, employer engagements, and candidate progress.</li><li>Generate reports on employment outcomes, job market trends, and program effectiveness.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Career Counseling, Education, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience 2+ years in career services, recruitment, HR, or job placement.</li><li>Strong knowledge of resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to work with diverse candidates, including recent graduates and career changers.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems ATS.</li><li>Passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATION</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in an educational institution, staffing agency, or workforce development program.</li><li>Familiarity with labor market trends and employer hiring needs.</li><li>Certification in career coaching or related fields</li></ul>
