Full Job Description
Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetingsHandle email management and correspondence, including sorting, responding, and prioritizing messagesConduct research, data entry, and database management as requiredAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentationManage social media accounts, including posting updates and engaging with followersCoordinate travel arrangements and prepare itinerariesSupport customer service tasks, such as responding to inquiries and resolving issuesOrganize digital files and documents for easy access and retrievalHandle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasksPerform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team or managementRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitaskProficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Experience with project management tools (ClickUp) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationFamiliarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Experience in bookkeeping or working with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books)Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe SparkExperience in customer support or managing CRM systemsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a bonus
