<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales personnel to join our growing team.</li><li>The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, securing, and maintaining new business, as well as developing and managing relationships with existing clients.</li><li>The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a sales plan to meet or exceed established sales targets.</li><li>Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead- generation activities.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up and communication.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential and existing clients.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competition to identify new sales opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Sales and Marketing Strategies</li><li>Fast learner with and passion for sales</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.</li></ul>
