You will work closely with care providers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to identify challenges, develop strategies, and implement solutions that improve the quality of care and support services.We recruit consultants at various levels, ranging from Analyst to Director. Your recruitment level will be determined based on your experience, competency, and knowledge. This tiered structure ensures that each individual is placed in a role that best matches their expertise, allowing for optimal contribution to our team and growth within the company.The standard working hours are from 9AM to 6PM, five days per week. Due to the dynamic nature of the care industry, consultants may be required to work any five days between Monday and Sunday, depending on operational needs and client requirements.
