<p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><ul><li>To set up production machines, set stipulated parameters for different SKUs/product lines and change parametric settings during change of line/SKUs.</li><li>To monitor and identify malfunctioning machine/parts and fix it before total breakdown.</li><li>To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all the machines on the production lines.</li><li>Reports any fault he cannot fix within economically rational time to the maintenance engineering team.</li><li>To ensure that all products meet quality specifications.</li><li>Maintains equipment in optimum condition.</li><li>Keeps the environment of the packing plant especially your work area clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.</li><li>Operates the equipment to obtain consistent and continuous operation of the plant in line with the detailed production plans.</li><li>Takes and record operational parameters at required intervals.</li><li>Troubleshoots minor problems.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>HND or B.Sc. , NYSC Or Exemption in any discipline preferably in Sciences or engineering courses</li><li>1 - 2 years work experience in a similar role</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program.</li></ul>
