ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, particularly local and cultural cuisine.Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.Provide recommendations and insights into cultural dishes to enhance the dining experience.Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.Ensure tables are properly set and clean before and after serving guests.Process payments accurately using the appropriate payment methods.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any order discrepancies.Promote a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's cultural theme.Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.RequirementsPrior experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.Familiarity with local and cultural cuisine is an advantage.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for providing excellent service.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
