The Role
We are seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer. This isn't your average admin job. You'll be at the center of operational strategy, where you will learn to manage projects, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, streamline operational processes, and help the COO keep everything moving.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership: lead projects from start to finish.
• Drive results: support decision-making with research, data, and insight.
• Be everywhere: assist with brand audits, procurement, and cross-functional alignment.
• Stay flexible: pivot between big-picture strategy and tactical execution.

Who You Are

• 1–3+ years of experience in hospitality or operations.
• Confident using tech tools. (MS Office, project management platforms, etc.)
• Excellent communicator, organized, resourceful, and cool under pressure.
• Able to travel 50%+ and work independently in a remote environment.
• Someone who thrives on variety and takes initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
