Job Description:Coordinate company’s logistics activities with heavy duty trucksPlan and optimise logistics and operations route to maximize value and reduce maintenance and transportation costMaintain all records of maintenance, repairs, and logistics routesOversee inventory of all logistics related equipment and partsEnsure compliance with QMS, HSE policies, and regulatory agenciesMonitor, track, and analyse company’s logistics using software applications and recommend on process improvementsEnforce, control, and monitor logistics and operations policiesConduct regular inspections and audits on facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure they meet company’s standardsPrepare logistics and operations report with periodic reporting to appropriate partiesManage company facilities and inventory and ensure it meets quality and safety standardsWork and collaborate with interdisciplinary units such as Quality, HSE, and Field operationsCreate and maintain documentations relative to the logistics and operations dutiesPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.Qualification:Must have a BSc. in Engineering, Logistics, Transport Management or relevant degree with a minimum of 2:1Must have experience in logistics and maintenance of heavy duty trucksMust have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in FMCG, oil, or gas industryProject Management experience is a plus, but not mandatorySkills required to perform the job fully and effectively:Strong analytical and writing skillsStrong presentation skills with advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.Advanced skills in other Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of Project Management tools.Critical thinking and good judgement.Organized and detail Oriented.Required Values: Integrity and Trust
