<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>We are seeking a fresh female graduate, who is hardworking and has knowledge of computer system especially in the use of Microsoft excel software to join our team.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, management and supervision of movement of goods and stock within the warehouse/logistics.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collect, organize and maintain data in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of machinery spare parts in the warehouse.</li><li>Document and track spare parts other items recieved via truck delivery in the warehouse.</li><li>Monitor and oversee the offloading process to ensure efficiency and smoothness.</li><li>Update Inventory management systems</li><li>Monitor the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring all items are properly documented.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of materials/bags processed daily.</li><li>Monitor and oversee the truck loading process.</li><li>Process truck gate passes efficiently.</li><li>Operate computer systems and software proficiently, including microsoft Excel and other data management tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Should be a fresh graduate who have completed school with a Bachelor&#39;s Degree or HND.</li><li>Proficiency in using computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel, WPS and other data entry software.</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of tables, statistics and data reporting.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Preferred candidate should be within the age range of 20 - 26years</li><li>Should be available to work Monday to Saturday.</li></ul>
