CORE PRIORITIES BY WHICH SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED:Proficiency in managing social media platforms Driving engagement within virtual communities in different countriesGrow the virtual communities of the ministry, including meeting attendanceManaging presence on relevant social platforms to grow our communities Driving initiatives towards the attendance target attainment for in-person events PS: Please note that we are a young ministry and so, we run almost in a start-up mode. This means that while this list contains the majority of the responsibilities of the role, you will be tapped on to lean in where necessary to ensure that we are running smoothlyJOB DUTIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly meetings for the CEO (in person, video conference, etc.) as it pertains establishing new relationships for The Tribe Maintain an organized weekly calendar of staff meetings. Send timely reminders and initiate such meetings and calls. Take minutes of each meeting and communicate important nuggets effectively to all parties present in such meetings. Then follow up with each person to ensure things are done in a timely manner.Run the social media pages for The Tribe, Kings Arrow & Prayer Watch by ensuring timely posting of reels, flyers and other marketing or educational materials using the relevant hashtagsCommunicate member concerns to management for further action.Generate & respond to leads via social media ads and process each lead by interviewing them and directing them to fill the necessary forms.Ensure the careful integration of tribe members into the activities of the Tribe and King’s Arrow. Increase membership participation and meeting attendance rates on a weekly and monthly basis.Oversees the productivity of the Nigerian graphic and web team and update each company website and social media page as needed.Draft employment contracts. Send out guarantors form on behalf of the company to new hires. Train and onboard new hires. Review all contracts and negotiate pricing quotations for projects owned by the company Organize travel itinerary (best airline deals) including hotel reservations, travel tickets, pickups for the CEO and ensure the CEO is comfortable at all times when visiting Nigeria Purchase hardware and company-related merchandise for incoming staff of the organization if/when neededOversee both the Tribe and Kings Arrow WhatsApp community and ensure proper guidelines are followed on all country groups.Get ongoing training to ensure development and avoid complacency on the jobCoordinate counseling appointments for the CEO. Set up follow-up meetings with those people as well if/when required.Other administrative tasks as required
