<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>A Relationship Manager, HNI would manage private client relationships with portfolios averaging a minimum of N100 million, providing superior investment advice and optimizing portfolios to meet clients’ objectives, oversee channel clients aiming for HNI status with a target average minimum portfolio value of N50 million, drive growth in the number of high-net-worth clients through referrals, strategic prospect profiling, and personal contacts, adding significant value to clients, Independently develop strategies with supervisors to grow business and maintain industry leadership, leveraging deep understanding of asset management industry trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><ul><li>Develop a strong understanding of ARM’s Group business and services to offer tailored solutions meeting client needs.</li><li>Master financial planning essentials for effective client acquisition and management.</li><li>Acquire a perfect understanding of ARM Investment Managers’ products and services.</li><li>Gain expertise in capital markets, including Nigerian and global markets, to navigate market dynamics effectively.</li><li>Monitor macroeconomic developments to leverage opportunities and minimize business threats, ensuring optimal client service.</li><li>Conduct thorough prospecting to meet conversion targets promptly.</li><li>Provide superior Investment Management Services, aligning client investment profiles with asset allocation recommendations.</li><li>Participate actively in budget preparation and strategy implementation.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with supervisors, team members, and clients to resolve issues promptly and stay aligned with business direction.</li><li>Collaborate closely with supervisors to understand and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.</li><li>Generate innovative ideas for new product development to expand service offerings.</li><li>Engage in business development activities and company-wide forums as a team player.</li><li>Continuously update skills through self-study, training, and industry sources.</li><li>Uphold a professional conduct to project a positive image for ARM.</li><li>Develop and track a personal scorecard aligned with business unit goals.</li><li>Fulfil additional duties assigned by team leaders or senior staff members.</li><li>Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews with clients to ensure investment objectives are achieved.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>B.SC in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years</li></ul>
