Job Summary: We are looking for a Javascript developer (full stack) who is a Technical Writer and will be responsible for generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. He/she will research about the products, services, technology or concepts to be documented.Responsibilities:Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various stakeholders to understand project requirementsGather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentationWork with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storageResearch, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migrationDevelop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standardsGain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging contentWrite user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user successDevelop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specificationsEvaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.Qualifications:University degree in Computer Science or any field will be an added advantage.2 to 3 years of working experience in technical writing of software documentationAbility to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detailAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesExcellent written skills in EnglishMust know javascript, reactjs, nodejs, SQL and mongoDB.Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software developmentUnderstand and explain complex technical conceptsStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlinesExcellent technical writing skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsSolid grip on documentation publishing software such as Zendesk Guide, Camtasia, SnagIt, and other software
