Administrative Support Position

We seeking Permanent Administrative Support Position to assist with project-based work.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$17/hr to start. Pay increase after 30 days pending an evaluation.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Social Media Marketing skills a "Plus" will be responsible for accurate input of data into the company database. Will process client information, follow up on documents, and ensure proper placement of inputs into our system. *Candidates must have strong Excel skills.

  • Detail Oriented with the ability to follow directions
  • Canva Experience Highly Requested
  • Constant Contact Experience
  • With excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minnimal supervision
  • Hours are Monday - Friday normal business hours

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must have prior data entry experience, be organized and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets

Management Training Opportunity after 90 days

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Intermediate to experience in employee relations as it relates management (i.e., to include conversations around terminations, etc.)
  • Experience in managing multi-site operations
  • Experience providing customer service and client-facing conversation
  • Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to diffuse and deescalate situations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a good follower to be a great leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating content creation
  • Scheduling social media post
  • Managing our social media channels, email marketing and more;
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
  • Coordinate content creation and copy writing for social media channels, email marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Building Databases
  • Schedule social media posts and ensure all content is aligned with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Manage our social media channels and engage with our audience to build brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Analyze social media and marketing performance data to provide
  • Proven experience in coordinating content creation and managing social media channels
  • Proficiency in scheduling and analyzing social media platforms
  • Strong creativity with verbage and copy
  • Experience in email marketing and social media marketing campaighns
  • Familiaritywith Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok
  • Ability to multitask and priorities in a face paced environment
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation
  • Ability to build trust and rapport; effectively communicate with co-workers, employees and customers
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
